Krystall graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science, with a minor in Chemistry. She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law.
Krystall’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense. She represents clients in matters involving personal injury, automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. Prior to her current role, Krystall represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters, where she managed a high-volume caseload, evaluated liability and damages, and negotiated settlements with insurance carriers. This background allows her to approach defense matters with a practical understanding of how claims are evaluated and resolved on both sides.
