Richard H. Hill, Jr. graduated from the University of Georgia in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Georgia Tech in 1986 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree. He received a Masters in Business Administration in 1990 from Georgia State University and his juris doctorate in 1994 from Georgia State University. 

He began his professional career with the Georgia Department of Transportation in 1986 as a Bridge and Structural Design Engineer and held a Professional Engineer’s license in Georgia through 1994. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since 1994 and is admitted to practice in the Georgia State & Superior Courts, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, & Southern Districts of Georgia, Northern District of Florida, Southern District of Mississippi, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Richard’s practice focuses on civil litigation through representation of various clients ranging from corporations to individuals. 

His practice includes construction law and insurance coverage matters. He has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer and has achieved the highest peer review rating (AV Preeminent) from Martindale–Hubble American Registry.
