Mitchel S. Evans graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1986 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. He received his juris doctorate in 1991 Georgia State University College of Law. Mitch has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1991.
Mitch’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation through representation of various clients insurers, their insureds and other individuals. Mitch’s practice includes automobile accidents, first party claims, wrongful death, general negligence claims and homeowners liability claims. Mitch has tried cases in State and Superior Courts throughout Georgia.
