After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree from Auburn University in 1987, Jim Hardee graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama. He was named Outstanding Trial Advocacy Board Member and Honor Court Justice.
Jim was a prosecutor from 1990 until 1997 where he tried over 100 first-chair jury trials, including 8 capital murder cases and was awarded the Outstanding Service Award to his community. He also acted as Felony Division Chief and was assigned to the Major Crimes Unit prosecuting homicide cases.
Jim takes pride in practicing with professionalism, while being a zealous advocate for his diverse client base ranging from Fortune 500 to small business owners and individuals. Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Outside of the office Jim is an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer.
