DALLAS S.F. OLIVER
Biography

Dallas graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2003 with a B.A in Print Journalism with minors in History and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Dallas has been licensed in Georgia since moving back home from Michigan in 2008. 

Dallas has devoted his entire career to civil litigation and trial practice. He joined Fain, Major, Brennan, Sanford, & Hardee, P.C. in 2023 as an Associate and was named Partner in September of 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Dallas spent the first decade of his practice operating his own litigation and trial firm. He later served as Senior Counsel for a major national insurance company followed by two private firms including as Managing Litigation Attorney for the latter. 

His current clients for the firm include corporations in the car rental industry, and he also regularly handles cases for numerous other insurance carriers including State Farm, USAA, Allstate, Auto Owners, Sentry, Farmers, The Hartford, Progressive, among several others.  His practice involves handling litigation through trial for automobile accidents, first party homeowner claims, premises liability, trucking, and wrongful death cases. 

Dallas is an avid outdoorsman and lives in Forsyth County with his wife, three children, and two Bernedoodles.
