Marcia S. Freeman received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky
College of Law in 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from Marquette University. She has been licensed to practice law
in the State of Georgia since 2012 and is admitted to practice before Georgia's
State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of
Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Marcia's practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense. Throughout her
career, she has successfully defended insureds and insurance carriers, providing
clients with practical, results-driven representation from case inception through
resolution. Her experience includes automobile accidents, premises liability claims,
wrongful death actions, construction-related disputes, and other liability matters.
Marcia has extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, including
discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and
courtroom advocacy including both bench and jury trials.
