Zachary J. Warfel earned his bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University in 2018. He received his juris doctorate in 2021 from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Zachary served as Chair for his law school’s moot court organization, and was awarded the Excellency in Appellate Advocacy Award at graduation. Zachary became provisionally licensed in 2021 with full admittance in 2022. Following admission, he was sworn in to the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Zachary has earned a wide array of experience thus far in his career. He initially began representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving personal injury, contract disputes, and property disputes. He has also represented and defended government entities, as well as oversaw the DB team for the Signia by Hilton Hotel Project on behalf of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. With respect to his insurance defense experience, Zachary has defended cases involving premises liability, trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, commercial construction defect, professional liability, as well as drafting coverage opinions for various carriers.
