Sarah Williamson graduated from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, with a concentration in marketing and Spanish. She earned her juris doctorate at John Marshall Law School. Sarah has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since 2017.
Sarah practices in general civil litigation and specializes in insurance defense. Sarah defends personal injury, trucking, and auto collision cases, as well as premises liability, negligent security, and wrongful death cases, property disputes and other civil tort matters. Prior to practicing law, she worked in the corporate sector as an operations director for a global lighting and technology company and luxury brands, as well as in contract negotiations in the publishing and insurance industries. Sarah has worked in commercial litigation defense since 2017. She is skilled in managing all phases of litigation, from inception of a case through resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions practice, as well as conducting depositions and mediations. Clients enjoy working with Sarah due to her professionalism and ability to help them navigate solutions to complex issues.
Sarha is licensed to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, as well as in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court in the Middle District of Georgia, and the United States District Court in the Southern District of Georgia. Sarah has been a Committee member for the Lawyer’s Assistance Program for the State Bar of Georgia since 2019. She is also a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyer’s Association (GDLA), The Atlanta Bar Association (ABA), and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL).
