Dale C. Ray
Biography

Dale graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University in 1979 with honors. He was a Roy B. Sewell Award Recipient and a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens Georgia in 1982.
